Good vibes!

Last weekend I decided to take an impromptu trip to my happy place, the beach. Me and the girls packed up the van with an insane amount of unhealthy and healthy snacks, water, a array of beach toys purchased at Target and some good movies (well, good kids movies ... the selection was Trolls, Moana and Sing). So we journeyed to the tunes of Justing Timberlake and Anna Kendrick belting out 80s classics in the car, with my girls happily bopping their heads along to "Sound of Silence". We got there in roughly 6 hours with 2 pit stops - one for Carvel Ice Cream in a rural southern town and one because Lucy threw up said ice cream within 15 minutes of driving.

The beach was beautiful! A sanctuary of waves, fresh air and free minds!
